COMMITTEES

Education Committee - Coordinates and develops all shared training and education opportunities that will enhance the knowledge of code enforcement officials.  Seminars are conducted on a variety of subjects that range from Building Safety to Public Health.

Membership Committee -  Identifies and recommends ways to encourage new membership and participation in organizational activities.  Informs members of resources, services and membership benefits.  Also recommends policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure a growing membership.

Nominating Committee - Is appointed by the Chapter President and shall consist of three active class members who are not officers or Board Members for the purpose of nominating candidates for office on the Executive Board within the organization.
                                                                                         
Legislative Committee -  Focuses on policy and regulatory issues with the objective of creating legislation that will protect the public from residential environmental hazards and substandard living conditions.  Educates and works with elected officials on issues pertaining to residential environmental hazards and substandard living conditions.
