Amy Lehaney has been the Director of Health for the Town of Monroe for over a year. Prior to joining the Town of Monroe she was the Deputy Director of Health and Social Services for the City of Bridgeport and was a registered sanitarian with the Town of Fairfield Health Department for 12 years. Prior to joining the Town of Fairfield Health Department she worked for the City of Stamford Health Department for 7 years. She has a Master’s in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelors in Environmental Science from St. Bonaventure University. She has been a member of CAHCEO for 20 years and has been on the Executive Board for over 15 years in a variety of roles. She served as the President of CAHCEO from 2010-2014.
